Spiritual Guidance for Women in Transition
My name is Connie Papayani, and I offer spiritual guidance for women in transition—women who are navigating seasons of change where life no longer fits the way it once did.
Transitions can be obvious or quiet. They can come through loss, burnout, divorce, faith shifts, identity changes, or the subtle knowing that something is ending and something new is beginning. These seasons often leave women feeling disoriented, spiritually unsure, and deeply tired of forcing their way forward.
My work exists to support women in that in-between space—with presence, discernment, and faith-centered guidance.
How I Came to This Work
I didn’t arrive here because I had answers. I arrived here because I learned how to sit with questions—my own and others’.
Over the years, I’ve walked alongside women during seasons where certainty fell away and deeper listening became necessary. I’ve seen how transitions can unsettle faith, disrupt prayer, and expose exhaustion that has been carried for far too long.
I believe these moments are not spiritual failures.
They are invitations—to slow down, to listen honestly, and to let faith become more embodied, spacious, and real.
Education & Formation
My work is grounded in both academic study and lived spiritual formation.
Bachelor of Arts in Education, CW Post
Master of Arts in Christian Leadership and Ministry, Grand Canyon University
Doctoral Studies in Spiritual Formation (PhD – in progress), Grand Canyon University
My academic focus centers on Christian spiritual formation, discernment, leadership, and the lived experience of faith—especially during seasons of transition and change.
Credentials, Accreditation & Licensure
I hold professional credentials and affiliations that support ethical, grounded spiritual care:
Accredited Member, World Metaphysical Association

My work operates within clear ethical boundaries and is offered as spiritual guidance and faith-based support, not clinical therapy or medical treatment.

My Approach to Spiritual Guidance
My approach is calm, grounded, and faith-centered. I do not offer quick fixes, spiritual pressure, or performative faith.
Instead, I focus on:
Discernment when the path forward feels unclear
Helping women hear God’s voice without fear or striving
Supporting nervous system regulation so peace is possible
Creating space to name what is ending and what is emerging
Walking with women rather than directing or fixing
Spiritual guidance is not about having answers.
It’s about cultivating the conditions where listening becomes possible.
